LIFEGUARD II: $11.03 - $13.41
(Seasonal / Part-time - Must be able to work from Memorial Day weekend thru Labor Day weekend)

POOL LIFEGUARDS (Lifeguard I/II) work at the Hardie Pool (Cayucos), Shamel Pool (Cambria), Santa Margarita lake Pool, Templeton Pool, San Miguel Pool and Shandon (C.W. Clarke) Pool. Pool lifeguards must have current certifications in Lifeguarding, Title22 - Emergency Responder and CPR for the Professional Rescuer.

LOPEZ LAKE LIFEGUARDS (Lifeguard II) must have certifications in Lifeguarding, Title22 - Emergency Responder, CPR for the Professional Rescuer and Waterfront Lifeguarding.

CAYUCOS BEACH LIFEGUARDS (Lifeguard II) must have completed United States Lifeguarding Association (U.S.L.A.) training in addition to the above certifications or be certified in Surf Rescue and EMT or Paramedic

PARK AIDE I
(Seasonal / Part-time)
$9.02 - $10.96 / hr

Perform a variety of seasonal work in the collection and record keeping of fees associated with county parks, beaches or recreational areas; and do other related work as required. Graduation from high school or a GED Equivalent. In addition, one year experience which involved general cashier duties and extensive public contact.
May be required to work weekends, holidays and irregular hours.

PARK AIDE II
(Seasonal / Part-time)
$10.67 - $12.97 / hr

Performs a wide variety of duties in the administration, operation and maintenance of county parks, beaches, open space, recreational and landscaped areas, buildings and other assigned facilities; and does other related work as required. Minimum 6 months of experience in general landscape; or completion of two years of college at an accredited institution with a major in recreation, park management, natural resource management, horticulture, forestry, or related field. May be required to work weekends, holidays and irregular hours.

SKATE PARK MONITOR (Park Aide I / II)

We are actively recruiting for Skate Park Monitors at the Los Osos Skate Park. Duties include monitoring skate
park activities; enforcing rules and regulations; collecting fees and providing great customer service.
All applicants must be customer oriented, friendly, responsible and dependable.
Knowledge of the skateboarding industry is helpful but not required.
