swim party. Rental includes
lifeguard for up to 35 people. $15 per hour for each
additional 25 visitors. Two-hour

SWIM
LESSONS
SLO County Parks offers swim lessons at C.W. Clarke, Hardie, San Miguel, Shamel and Templeton Pools. All Skill Levels are taught by our American Red Cross Certified
instructors.
REGISTRATION
We will BEGIN taking registration at all pool facilities Saturday, May 31, 2008 during Recreational Swim hours. At anytime during Recreation Swim hours you can sign your child up for lessons. Pre-registration is required so please sign up early. Registration will be accepted until the Friday before your session begins. We will not take last minute walk-ins.
GROUP LESSON FEE
$40 per child (1/2 hr lesson, two-week session, Tuesday thru
Friday). County Parks will do all it can to provide the lesson
time slots requested. However, we cannot guarantee placement
of your son or daughter in your "first choice" time
slot. A minimum of 6-8 children must be signed up (payment
received) for levels I & II and 8-10 children must be
signed up (payment received for levels III and up. Otherwise,
we will combine classes. However private swim lessons are
available for an additional fee. If the offered class times
or private lessons do not meet your needs you will receive
a full refund.
PRIVATE LESSON FEE:
$65 per child - 1/2 hr lesson, one-week session, Tuesday
thru Friday
